A bachelor in commerce and a trusted name in the plastic industry for the past 35 years, he is well versed with all aspects of Plastic Molding & Tooling. He is also an effective leader who excels at using proven methods and cutting edge technology to successfully cut costs, streamline operations and increase productivity. An assertive and enthusiastic person, with extensive knowledge of process optimization and an unsurpassed work ethic. He is one of the founder member of the Pimpri Chinchwad Plastic Association.
Mr. Vinod Bachhawat
Mr. Tilok is a qualified Chartered Accountant with nearly four decades of extensive experience in the industry. He is a highly organized and detail-oriented administrator known for delivering superior results through strategic procurement, sourcing, cost reductions, supplier negotiations, and effective supply chain management. His keen attention to detail and accuracy enable him to optimize the value from the supply chain. Moreover, Mr. Tilok is a founding member of the Pimpri Chinchwad Plastic Association.

An MBA from Pune University, Arpit brings with him 12 years of experience in business development, customer relations and planning. His specialty is Product Design, Engineering, Prototypes and Pricingfor Molds and Production. He brings value and integrity to the company by focusing on building strong partnerships with customers, suppliers & other stake holders, leadership and communication skills.
